IT Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, printers, networks, and other IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, laptops, printers, internet connectivity, email, and internal applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on IT equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and other required applications.
• Perform regular data backup and assist in data recovery when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities, troubleshooting, and maintenance records.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including asset registration, issuance, tracking, and disposal.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repair, maintenance, or replacement when required.
• Support new employee onboarding by preparing computers, email accounts, and user access.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and basic information security practices.
• Respond promptly to IT incidents to minimize downtime and support business operations.

Qualification:**

• Minimum Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
