Content Planner

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-obsessed Content Planner to spearhead our brand’s vertical video strategy in the beauty space. In this role, you will concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content that captures beauty trends, showcases product textures/swatches, highlights transformations, and builds a loyal community.

Key Responsibilities

• Beauty Content Ideation & Trend Spotting: Daily monitoring of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts to identify emerging beauty trends, audio, and viral formats before they peak.
• End-to-End Production: Scripting, lighting, shooting, and editing video assets. This includes talking-head reviews, GRWMs (Get Ready With Us), unboxings, aesthetic swatch videos, and tutorial-style content.
• On-Camera Collaboration: Directing internal talent, beauty creators, or micro-influencers during shoots; optional on-camera hosting if comfortable.
• Fast-Paced Editing: Cutting footage with snappy, retention-focused pacing using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro. Adding dynamic, brand-aligned captions, sound effects (ASMR elements are a plus), and transitions.

• Performance Analysis: Tracking metrics (retention rate, watch time, shares, saves, and conversion links) to iterate on what drives community engagement and sales.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3+ years of experience producing high-performing short-form video content, specifically within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or lifestyle space (portfolio of past viral or high-engagement videos required).
