Social Media Strategist & Shopping Program Supervisor

Job Description:

• Support the mall’s marketing and communication goals while maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity in line with the mall’s brand DNA and guidelines.
• Create and manage digital content related to current events, exhibitions, and tenant promotions.
• Develop social media, Google Business, and website content strategies.
• Plan, execute, manage, and evaluate digital and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to create engaging User-Generated Content (UGC), including photos and videos.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, KOLs, and influencers to ensure digital campaigns and tenant promotions are delivered according to plan and brand standards.
• Manage digital administration, including content calendars, documentation, and social media activity archives.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports, including Awareness, Reach, Followers, and Impressions.
• Monitor and evaluate all digital and social media activities to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with company standards.
• Develop and organize engaging digital programs and activities to increase mall traffic and support tenant sales.
• Create publicity opportunities and strengthen the mall’s brand awareness and image among the public.**

Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or a related role.
