Senior HR Specialist

What Your Role Entails

You will serve as four core pillars of local human resources management:

• Employee Lifecycle Owner

Manage full-cycle employee operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, labor contract & personnel file administration. Oversee attendance management, payroll & statutory benefit settlement, and maintain accurate DingTalk & EHR system data.

• Employee Relations Focal Point

Serve as the frontline HR contact for local employees, handle daily inquiries, resolve workplace issues, mitigate people risks, and sustain stable employee relations.

• HQ-Local Business Bridge

Translate global HR policies into local executable practices, synchronize local business situations and compliance risks back to HQ, and ensure consistent & smooth cross-border HR delivery.

• Practical HR Solution Advisor

Observe business pain points proactively, identify potential compliance and people risks, and provide feasible HR solutions tailored to local business development status.

What We’re Looking For**

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree or above; HR-related majors are preferred.

• At least 4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail or other labor-intensive industries; solid full-lifecycle HR operation experience with large-team payroll & social benefit handling experience.

• Familiar with local labor laws and industry culture; experienced in employee relations handling and daily HR risk control.

• Basic EHR system awareness and experience working with HR service vendors.
