Social Media & Creative Content Manager

About the role

PT. Global Buana Mandiri is a growing food and beverage import and production company seeking a Social Media & Creative Content Manager to manage and execute content strategy across all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and email marketing, while designing and creating graphic and video content for daily needs, promotional activities, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute content strategy for all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and mailing list / email marketing
• Design and create content in graphic and video formats for daily needs, promotional activities, and paid advertising campaigns
• Develop content planning, copywriting, and social media strategy relevant to target audience
• Create visual designs for banners and promotional materials on official website and marketplace official stores

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Communication, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years work experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Graphic/Video Design
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Figma)
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability in Indonesian language (English language is an added value)
• Understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and basics of analytics and digital advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
