About the role
Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems. Perform troubleshooting and issue identification for network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related problems. Monitor the operational condition and availability of WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems to ensure services are running properly. Handle technical incidents and perform recovery actions in accordance with operational procedures and agreed SLA.
Key responsibilities
- Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems

About you
- Minimum education (SMK), preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems
- Have basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router
