Finance Staff

About the role

CBQA Global Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage finance, accounting reporting, and tax compliance. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial transactions, budget control, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and input daily transactions into Jurnal.ld and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and correctly (transaction relate with expenses and account payable)
• Organize and monitor department budgets to ensure funds are used effectively and efficiently for company operations
• Monitor, control, and reporting operational expenditure costs against Budget
• Coordinate with all departments
• Prepare and control all payment to vendors/suppliers
• Validate payment requests for vendors/suppliers according to the payment schedule
• Update data on events that have potential risks to the company and report to Management
• Calculate, Reconcile and report taxes monthly and yearly
• Bank Reconciliation
• Check and Ensure Accuracy of Accounts After Posting in GL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, particularly in accounting, tax
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnalid) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail for reconciliation, verification, and reporting
