Content Creator Lead

About the role

Lead, manage, and grow the Bagsmart TikTok account overseeing the overall content strategy, brand voice, and channel direction to drive audience growth and engagement. You will supervise and guide the content team in developing video concepts, filming, and editing ensuring all output meets brand quality standards and campaign objectives. You will oversee the livestream studio by strategically planning and providing video content to maximize traffic and performance during live streaming sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the Bagsmart TikTok account overseeing the overall content strategy, brand voice, and channel direction to drive audience growth and engagement
• Supervise and guide the content team in developing video concepts, filming, and editing ensuring all output meets brand quality standards and campaign objectives
• Oversee the livestream studio by strategically planning and providing video content to maximize traffic and performance during live streaming sessions
• Drive community engagement on TikTok in alignment with brand identity, messaging, and marketing goals
• Monitor, measure, and analyze content performance across all key metrics and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
• Supervise pre-production processes including script development, concept planning, prop coordination, and filming location setup
• Review and approve all edited short form and long form video content before publishing
