About the role****

We are seeking two IT Technical Support / Operators** to join our growing support team in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure. As an IT Technical Support / Operator, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing timely assistance and resolving problems to minimise downtime and ensure business continuity. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing**

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers and peripherals
• Monitor system performance and IT infrastructure to identify potential issues before they impact users
• Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and technical solutions in the knowledge base
• Assist with user account management, password resets and access control
