Social Media Executive

Detail of Job Description :

• Executing content production process from concepting, ideation, shooting, editing,

and also acting as on-screen talent for one of Lilla’s upcoming Own Brand

• Analyze social media account and content insights for reporting purposes

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

• Strong content writing skills and proficiency in video editing using CapCut, VN, or

similar editing applications.

• Able to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally with other

departments

• Familiar with using Google Sheets and Google Slides

• Active and up-to-date with social media trends

• Experience in the mom and baby industry, or healthcare industry is preferable

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively

in a fast-paced environment.

• Great written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
