IT Support

1. End-User IT Support

• Provide first-level technical support to users for desktop, laptop, printer, software, and basic network issues.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Assist users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, email, printers, and other company

applications.

• Perform installation, configuration, replacement, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.

• Support new employee onboarding, including preparation of laptops, user accounts, email accounts, and

other IT access.

• IT Infrastructure Support

• Assist in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including:

• LAN and Wi-Fi networks
• Network switches and access points
• Internet connectivity
• Servers and storage
• Printers and shared devices
• CCTV and other IT-related equipment

• Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.

• Assist senior IT team members or vendors with infrastructure installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Monitor infrastructure availability and report abnormalities or recurring problems.

3. User Account & Access Management

• Assist with the creation, modification, and disabling of user accounts.

• Support basic Active Directory.

• Assist with user access requests.

• Ensure user access is provided according to company policies and approved requests.

4. IT Asset Management

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and

accessories.
