Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to grow our Industrial Division business in East Java. You will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical consultation on METTLER TOLEDO solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop sales pipelines and acquire new customers across targeted industrial segments.
• Manage customer relationships and understand application requirements.
• Promote and present METTLER TOLEDO products and solutions to customers.
• Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, seminars, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation, Physics Engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in an industrial technical sales environment.
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel within Indonesia.
• Familiar with industrial customers in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Kediri.
