HR Operations & Reward Executive

The Senior HR Operations \& Rewards Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR Operations and Compensation \& Benefits processes, including payroll administration, PPh 21 calculation and reconciliation, employee benefits management, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle administration.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Law, Accounting or a related field.
• Solid experience and strong understanding of SAP payroll processes, Compensation \& Benefits, and labor regulations.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SAP payroll and HR Information System with additional experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in SAP Payroll and HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and Successfactors HR Modules.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end Compensation \& Benefits processes, including SAP payroll administration, Tax Pph 21, BPJS (Health \& Employment), Medical insurance, and Employee benefits.
• Review, analyze, and implement salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefit programs.
• Handle HR operations and employee administration such as employee data management, employment contracts, status changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Support HR generalist activities including offboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure HR policies, SOP, and practices are compliant with labor laws and company regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations, payroll, and benefits.
• Coordinate with external vendors, government institutions, and third-party providers.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and support management with HR-related data.
