Your mission

The Senior Executive, Finance supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities to enable effective decision-making. The role partners with stakeholders across functions to ensure accurate financial information, monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support achievement of business objectives.

Financial Planning \& Forecasting:

• Support preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and periodic financial reviews.
• Consolidate inputs from business functions and assist in monitoring actual performance against approved budgets.

Financial Reporting \& Analysis:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze business performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial results.

Business Partnering

• Partner with HR, Retail, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and other departments to provide financial guidance, support business decisions.
• Ensure alignment between financial and operational objectives.

Cost Control \& Compliance

• Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies and approved budgets.
• Assist in strengthening financial controls and governance processes.

Process Improvement \& Projects

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and system utilization.
• Participate in regional and local finance projects as assigned.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

IT Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP; Power BI preferred.

Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

Professional: Minimum 4-6 years of finance, FP\&A, commercial finance, or accounting experience. Multinational retail, consumer goods, or FMCG experience preferred .

Others:

• Budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering.
• Professional finance or accounting certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, analytical, and able to work with deadlines.
• Willing to travel when required for business needs.
