As a Vendor \& Partnership Intern, you will support the team in managing vendor relationships and partnership activities, while gaining hands-on experience in coordination, documentation, and operational processes---especially within events, venues, and production-related projects.

🌟 What You'll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
• Conduct research to identify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
• Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
