We're looking for a passionate Bartender who loves creating memorable moments, connecting with guests, and crafting drinks with confidence and creativity.

Reporting to the Assistant Food \& Beverage Manager, you'll deliver exceptional beverage experiences while bringing positive vibes to every shift. You'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by serving quality beverages, anticipating guest needs, and delivering warm, genuine hospitality that reflects the vibrant spirit of Mamaka Hotels \& Resorts.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venue.
• Passion for mixology, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of beverage trends and presentation.
• Knowledge of bar operations, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience using POS systems (Tevalis experience is an advantage).
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation, and bar hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, great teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Indonesian Citizen.
