Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in managing costs and ensuring that construction projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate take-offs
• Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide regular cost analysis reports
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Willing to relocate to Surabaya
• Have experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
