- Conduct fittings and sample reviews, providing revisions and feedback on fit, measurements, construction, sewing details, and overall design quality.
- Monitor the sample development process from initial prototype through final approval.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity, quality standards, target market, and commercial objectives.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of designs, product specifications, revisions, and collection development.
- Continuously explore new design techniques, materials, sewing techniques, and creative approaches to drive product innovation and strengthen brand competitiveness.
